Scam during ownership transfer , BRTA officer introduced and asked us police verification certificate of the seller. ( Me) , I went to police station at my area no one knows about this then went back to brta a broker of that officer asked 3k he went with me into his room confirmed him he got the payment and right beside a ansar guy take out a form from his file fill it up and gave to that officer walla all is done in 20 minutes .
