Name correction of parents.
Long story short , i paid a broker (dalal) who allegedly worked in the education board of dhaka /supposedly had links inside . The deal was simple he could have the job done in 3 working days, we mutually agreed at first the ammount was 24k , after i paid him obviously he didnt deliver in 3 days , by deliver i mean the orginal trancripts with the corrected names , he were swinging me on a lose ends never doing any actual work. Later i discovered this man was not a education board officer but had alleged links inside, later he asked for another 35k mind you thats 70k for name correction in certificates, obviously i refused (after paying 35k it was already going on in a spiral of fraud)
