I went to the Sub-Registry Office to buy a piece of land from my own sister. As usual, they sent me to the Municipal Land Office to pay the land tax. The land tax was only 120 taka. Then the officer at the Land Office asked me to give them some money for tea and snacks as well. I had no choice but to give them 250 taka. They are collecting bribes like this from everyone, not just from me.

And after bargaing, the amount stood at 300 tk and if you disagree to pay cha nashta khoroch then you will never be able to pay tax in general criteria.
