My father got a plot from Rajuk in purbachal new model town back in 1999. He passed away in 2018. When I went to Rajuk to ask them to re-register that plot into our names the women told me to hand over our original documents for registration. We are a small software business; we won a tender at the Department of Agricultural Extension, Farmgate, Dhaka in 2025. We delivered the work on time; they have inspected it many times and given the certificate to proceed with payment. But we only got half the payment; after giving 30,000 to the finance department, now the Engineer and other people want more money, and we refused, and they never proceeded with the other half of the money. Every time we ask for the money, they give unnecessary reasons. Now our company is at a 50,000 taka loss after doing this project, and it almost broke our business.
Applied for information correction but it was pending for long time. Then had to approach to other's who can approve those correction. My question is, what the officer does if I need to approach to third person with bribe or they are also part of the share?

In 2022 me and my mother went to make our passport . In the whole process we didn't find any kind of bribery or anything else but when we went for police verification they asked for money and they said "আমরা তো প্রত্যেক জনের থেকে ১০০০ করে নিয়ে থাকি " like it was in the constitution to pay them 1000 Taka for their service and there's the first time ever I faced by bribery. And and I almost laughed at them because the way there ask for money was very funny to me. So at the end we have to pay 2000 taka for me and my mum.

আমি গত বছর অক্টোবরে মাসে nid card এর জন্ম সাল সংশোধনের জন্য আবেদন করেছিলাম। আমাকে উপজেলা পর্যায় থেকে আগারগাঁও পাঠানো হয়। আমি আগারগাঁও যেয়ে কাগজ জমা দিলে আমাকে সেখান থেকে এক লোক কল দেয় আমার কাজ টা আর্জেন্ট করে দিবে নাহলে আবেদন বাতিল হবে। আমি বললাম আচ্ছা ঠিক আছে আর্জেন্ট করে দেন উনি আমার কাছে 10000 টাকা দাবি করে। পরে আমি উনাকে বলি আমার সব কাগজ লিগ্যাল আমি এত টাকা দিতে পারবো না। এখনও পর্যন্ত আমার আবেদনটি পেন্ডিং এ রেখে দিয়েছে। কোনো বাতিল ও করে নাই কোনো কিছুই করে নাই। আমি হেল্পলাইন এ কল দিয়ে জানাই বিষয়টি কোনো লাভ হয়নি।

স্পেন স্টুডেন্ট ভিসার জন্য পুলিশ ক্লিয়ারেন্স প্রয়োজন তাই পুলিশ ক্লিয়ারেন্সের জন্য অনলাইনে আবেদন করি । ২ দিন পর এক পুলিশ বাসায় আসে, আব্বু কে কল দেয়। বলে তাঁকে এই ডকুমেন্ট ওই ডকুমেন্ট দিতে। এই রকম ৫-৬ দিন হয়রানির পর বলে তাঁকে ৫০০০ টাকা দিলে সে অ্যাপ্রুভ করে দিবে আর না হয় মামলা আসে বলে রিজেক্ট করে দিবে।
মামলা প্রতি কোর্ট পুলিশের দায়িত্বে যে থাকে তাকে ৫০০ টাকা দিতে হয়। আর পিপি বা এপিপিকে ১০০০। গরীব মানুষের বিচার পাওয়ার জন্য কোর্টের কাছে যাওয়ার রাস্তা বন্ধ
