Due to financial issue, land related tax and other works were due. It was meant to pay the fine and make arrangements to sell the land. They showed and made to run here and there to complete the documents. Officers were not present during office time almost every day. Then settlement was done with their amount and all the works are done in 2 weeks.

That's when the shopkeeper asked us why we are here and we replied. He said, he has a contact inside who can do it if we give them some money to run errands for us. ----- We went from distant district. So we paid. And the task was been completed smoothly without any more hassle or waiting endlessly. (I forget the amount of money I gave him. 500 tk is my guess from faded memory.)
My father got a plot from Rajuk in purbachal new model town back in 1999. He passed away in 2018. Applied for information correction but it was pending for long time. Then had to approach to other's who can approve those correction. My question is, what the officer does if I need to approach to third person with bribe or they are also part of the share?

We are a small software business; we won a tender at the Department of Agricultural Extension, Farmgate, Dhaka in 2025. We delivered the work on time; they have inspected it many times and given the certificate to proceed with payment. But we only got half the payment; after giving 30,000 to the finance department, now the Engineer and other people want more money, and we refused, and they never proceeded with the other half of the money. Every time we ask for the money, they give unnecessary reasons. Now our company is at a 50,000 taka loss after doing this project, and it almost broke our business.
In 2022 me and my mother went to make our passport . In the whole process we didn't find any kind of bribery or anything else but when we went for police verification they asked for money and they said "আমরা তো প্রত্যেক জনের থেকে ১০০০ করে নিয়ে থাকি " like it was in the constitution to pay them 1000 Taka for their service and there's the first time ever I faced by bribery. And and I almost laughed at them because the way there ask for money was very funny to me. So at the end we have to pay 2000 taka for me and my mum.
Was asked for money for making NID at the location. After helping me filling up the form he went submitted and did all the things as required. Then went outside following me and asked for money lol.
আমি গত বছর অক্টোবরে মাসে nid card এর জন্ম সাল সংশোধনের জন্য আবেদন করেছিলাম। আমাকে উপজেলা পর্যায় থেকে আগারগাঁও পাঠানো হয়। আমি আগারগাঁও যেয়ে কাগজ জমা দিলে আমাকে সেখান থেকে এক লোক কল দেয় আমার কাজ টা আর্জেন্ট করে দিবে নাহলে আবেদন বাতিল হবে। আমি বললাম আচ্ছা ঠিক আছে আর্জেন্ট করে দেন উনি আমার কাছে 10000 টাকা দাবি করে। পরে আমি উনাকে বলি আমার সব কাগজ লিগ্যাল আমি এত টাকা দিতে পারবো না। এখনও পর্যন্ত আমার আবেদনটি পেন্ডিং এ রেখে দিয়েছে। কোনো বাতিল ও করে নাই কোনো কিছুই করে নাই। আমি হেল্পলাইন এ কল দিয়ে জানাই বিষয়টি কোনো লাভ হয়নি।
I won't take his name but if you want to operate a business supposed clothing shop you need lima license. The original cost is 300-500 for 3 employee but they demand almost 10000. Or else they will ask unnecessary document which is optional in website mentioned. Even renew cost 3000 where lime website 90 taka. They have the power to shut down the that's why we need to give him this. Not only Khulna but also other neighbours district business need to pay him for running business. They wes supposed to protect employee and labour but they are harnessing business owner
We have been repeatedly visiting the UNO office of Teknaf and requesting for the approval of our project Completion report. But the office assistant was not receiving the phone or if we were meeting face to face, he was just somehow skipping the process, delaying the date and promising to hand over the letter other day. Then analysing his behaviour we transferred 5000 taka to his mobile banking.
A short introduction, RJSC is responsible for keeping limited company records. It's mandatory as per company act 1994. Except for online document certifications, most of the activities related to filing information in RJSC needs bribe. The place, granted, is short on staff but neither does anyone get recruited. Pay the amount and even illegal documents get passed. Don't pay the amount, regular approvals will get delayed for sure, make a simple mistake in your returns and your life is effectively made hell for two to three weeks. The submissions charge taxes, stamp fees, but will destroy a limited company business's timing if one small letter mistake is made by someone dumbfounded.
Back in 2022, when i was planning to move USA for my higher study i found some mismatches in my names between my academic and Legal documents. Hence i tried to fix the mismatches. When i asked for help one of the help desk person asked for a bribe of 10k to do the tasks urgently and due to my urgency i had to provide that to him and completed my work.
আমার সিডিসি তে ক্যাপ্টেন এর সট সাইন ছিল। কিন্তু টেস্টিমনিয়াল এ ক্যাপ্টেন পুরো সাইন টা দেয়। যার কারনে আমার নাকি ফেইক ভয়েজ দিয়ে জাহাজ থেকে নেমেছি। আমি ক্যাপ্টেন থেকে এক্টা লেটার অফ এপ্রুভাল নিয়েছি মেইলের মাধ্যমে। আমি সব কিছু অথেন্টিক ভাবে দেখিয়েছি।বিদেশী ক্যাপ্টেন কে জাহাজের নাম্বার থেকে কল করানোর পরেও সে টাকা খাওয়ার জন্য আমাকে সাইন অফ করতে দিচ্ছিল না। পরে ৮ হাজার টাকা ডিমান্ড করলে আমি পি এ কে ৬ হাজার টাকা দিয়ে মিমাংসা করি
