I reported to the police present at the Dhaka west passport office. The police was unable to help me as he said it is regulated by a powerful syndicate.

Its impossible to get a driving license without bribe. I had to contact a dalal, who handled all my documents submission (actually no docs required except nid but in actual process it requires a load of documents). Later on the driving day, i just follow the formalities and eventually given fail on result, but after the day end the brta dalal operator changed the status to pass, and i passed the exam. It's very usual to ask bribe by customs officer. Make a section for customs.

He was eager to meet me specifically.When I told just leave it to the security guard.Then I got to know from my friend every month she orders from Alibaba for her business and needs to pay 700tk per month as so many deliveries come as bribe.Otherwise some parcel gets missing, some damaged and half.But once she started paying no parcel was missing they even count and give you. Then I had some other parcels too everytime the postman tried to meet me saying porichito hoi,ektu Cha pani khawaiten.It's already paid parcels.So I somehow managed not meeting him and stopped ordering
