Mutation (Naam Jaree) after Mother's death
Being only heirs of mother's property, our mutation file application was cancelled three times. I am former civil servant. None could ask for bribe directly. AC Land hardly looked at me, hardly heard me. Every time, after 2/3 days, came to know that file was cancelled. We hired a local lawyer who said the case can be finalised at Tk. 8000 (10 years back). Money was given to the lawyer. Not only that, I had to talk to one of my high up connections, who talked to the DC. After a lot of exercise, our file was cleared. Kanon Go basically managed that office. Do I need to believe that AC Land did not know anything? For my own saftey, I did not mention the district.
