However, when I went to the Mirpur VAT Circle to obtain VAT registration, I was told that the process would take a considerable amount of time. As I urgently needed the VAT registration certificate for my consultancy work, a female government official from that office told me that the registration could be completed within two days if I paid money. I asked her what I needed to do. She told me that she would take me to a secretary and that I would have to pay him BDT 10,000. She further said that if I called him, the work would be completed immediately. That night, I met the said secretary through the female official.
Went Eklashpur union porishod for a Character certificate. They said it will take a month. Then demanded 1000. I paid and got the certificate within 10 minutes.

I was asked for 8000Tk bribe for passing me BRTA Nikunja Exam. Even though Magistrate was present employees were doing shady things when they are not looking. Paid examiners exam was taken to the booth where magistrate frequents less. You can also skip lines if you have paid guards. I had to pay since I got failed 1st time even though I was sure I will get selected &. Dalal even asked me I didn't need to come to BRTA except Image Verification process. Benefits I got by paying: Getting Exam Questions beforehand. Viva Exam gets passed when Dalal waves at the examinee. Even if you can't do a J Turn on Car or Zigzag in Motorcycle Dalal just passes you, Giving Driving test becomes optional.
Another person has illegally mutated my land in his/her name. Therefore, I filed a miscellaneous case challenging the said mutation. Initially, I refused to pay the demanded bribe of BDT 15,000 at the Tahshildar Office and the AC Land (Assistant Commissioner of Land) Office. As a result, my case file was allegedly kept missing for approximately two years, and no proper action was taken on my case during that period. Eventually, I was forced to pay BDT 15,000 as a bribe in order to have my case file traced and to move the case forward. I went to the Mansurabad Passport Office with the required documents, but I was repeatedly sent from one counter to another and asked for additional documents. I felt I was being deliberately harassed because I had not come through a broker or known contact. Later, I was asked to pay Tk 2,500 to make the process easier. After paying, I immediately received a token. I also observed people allegedly paying Ansar members to get faster service. In my opinion, this experience shows that there is an organized system of corruption and broker-based services at the passport office, involving officials, police, Ansar members, and intermediaries.
last year when i went to renew my passport the system was showing i have two passport active in my name and i was told to surrender both of the passport but i never got two passport and its not possible to have two passport at the same time.then i was told i needed to cancel the other passport so i filed a application but no response for a 6 months then i talked to few people they told me i need to bribe 1lac then i searched i managed to get it for 70k .my application is 80% done ,hope in 30 days my problem will be gone and i will be able to go abroad

Waited around 5 months after applying. Since I needed them for my master’s abroad. I was in a bit of a hurry. I went there and explained my situation. They said they would look into it. Another month went by and nothing happened. Went there again then i was approached outside secretary office. Paid the “agent of the secretary” the requested amount and the confirmation came within 2 days. I got my papers on the 6th day. I would have waited if I wasn’t in a hurry to send my papers but the good thing is I’m leaving this country.
Since 2021 SSL payment getway held my payment money 220k taka for no reason . then I contacted with a Dalal ( RAB officer ) who helped me to release my payment money ,then I've paid 110k (50%) . then I leave my country within 2 month and will never go back . average Bangladeshi people are very nice untill they have chance . imagine a third party payment getway holding peoples money more over 150 cr taka for over 4 years without customer permission and so many of e-commerce scammed with peoples and nobody cares .then I realized that I would be ruined by this corruption system . if you have any of scoe to leave this country then please leave at least for your childrens
I went to the office to make a passport. My mother and I actually filled out the forms ourselves and brought them, but NID verified and still said it was wrong. It was wrong on my part. My mother is a teacher; I mentioned that in her profession. They asked why I mentioned the teacher profession, along with many other unnecessary questions. A little later, I went outside to a computer shop. He took me there, and after going, he demanded 3000 Taka for my and my mother's passport and took our NID to take a photo to send it to someone. And voila, he took the fingerprints for the passport that day, did everything, and there were no mistakes or problems. Even though one of my documents was missing
Regional Passport Office - Dhaka West (Mohammadpur) I had every legal documents but the officer did not accept my paper saying I am missing citizenship certificate which should be collected from the Ward office or something. I have the NID lol. Isn't that enough that I'm a legal citizen of Bangladesh? However some dalal offered solution. Demanded 300p taka but I paid 2000 taka because I know they will never accept my papers even if I had the citizenship certificate. So I had to pay the dalal (bribe agent). After that they accepted my paper and toke photo for the passport. Then I got the passport within 15 days.
