Then one of the gaurd provide us a number and asked us to call there. Whenever we called the guy from the other side asked approximately 6000 taka to solve the issue. But it seems like a trap to me. So i refused and came back home just to bring the main copy and took the qeue again.

SMS came from BRTA to collect digital number plate. Zone was BRTA purbachal. There was a long line of cars and some local man who are definitely in league with BRTA office offered they can bypass the long line and can collect the number plate within 10 mins. Was in hurry and didn't have time to wait for 2 hours in a line, so paid the amount. The BRTA office definitely delays the process wo that people get forced to pay the bribe.
