সম্পূর্ণ সঠিক ভাবে এপ্লাই করার পরে যখন থানায় কাগজ পত্র নিয়ে ডাকা হয় তখন বিভিন্ন ধরনের অযৌক্তিক ভুল ( অ্যাড্রেস এ বানান একটু আলাদা , অন্যান্য ) দাবি করা হয়েছিল! আবার এপ্লাই করতে বলা হয় । পরে সমাধান হিসেবে টাকার দাবি করা হয় এবং উপায় না পেয়ে সেই টাকা দিয়েই সমস্যাটি সমাধান করা হয়েছে! এবং কয়েকদিনের মধ্যেই সেই সার্টিফিকেট হাতে আসে!
পুলিশ ক্লিয়ারেন্স এর জন্য আবেদন করি কম্পিউটার এর দোকান থেকে তখন তারা অফার দেয় কন্টাকে দিয়ে দেন অতিরিক্ত ১৫০০ টাকা লাগবে ৭দিন এ ডেলিভারি দেওয়ার পর টাকা দিবেন আর নাহয় ১ -১.৫ মাস লাগবে, আমি রাজি না হয়ে সরাসরি থানায় গেলে আবার খরচ দাবী করে তখন বাধ্য হয়ে ১০০০ টাকা দিয়ে আসা লাগে এবং সরাসরি যাওয়া তে গুরুত্বহীন হয়ে যায় কাজটা।
I submitted a plan project in January 2025, but it is still pending. And the main reason behind this is one of the sub assistant engineer asked for bribe and I refused, that's why he somehow rejected our plan after 1.5 years of harrasing and he is still demanding money in order to renew the process.
It is a common practice at all Imamganj shops and markets to pay a certain bribe instead of having to pay the full bill. Usually, the WASA bill collector goes door-to-door to collect the dues. But if a certain amount in bribe is given to him, he intentionally reduces the meter usage reading. In Kotwali Revenue Circle, Dhaka A surveyor (on duty Kanungo) asked for 5 lac taka bribe for a report in my favour otherwise he will make the report in favour of the opposite party and dismiss my Mutation. I had to pay to save my mutation and land.
Something missing in previous ledger, Kanunga asked for 2lacs to solve the problem then fixed it for 1lac. After 50K advanced within a day he gave the ledger with due money.
Usually it takes 5 thousands to issue professional driving licences. but a broker demands 14 k for it
রুপগঞ্জ নির্বাচন কমিশন এ আপনি যদি আপনার নতুন ভোটারের একজন এপ্লাই করতে যান আপনার আইডি কার্ড আসতে সময় লাগবে ৬-৭ মাস বা তারও বেশি এবং এর পাশাপাশি আরো হয়রানি তো আছেই, কিন্তু আপনি যদি মাত্র ৬ হাজার টাকা চার্জ তাদেরকে প্রদান করেন তাহলে তারা আপনাকে সামনের দরজার দিয়ে ঢুকিয়ে পিছনের দরজা দিয়ে আইডি কার্ড হাতে দিয়ে দিবে, ওরা আমাদের তারেক রহমান সাহেবের মত তিন ঘন্টার সার্ভিস মাত্র ৬ হাজার টাকা রাখে তারা।
As one party of the deed of exchange was going to exchange their inherited propety and the recod of rights or khatian was in the name of their deceased father, therefore the sub-register asked for BDT 30000 initially. Negotiated through the deed writer and paid BDT 15,000.

Mr x happened to be there and took me to his office and said he would help me. Took a bribe of 1000 taka. Given the urgency of the situation I agreed to pay the bribe. He promised to do perform the correction in 3 days but it took nearly a month causing me a lot of anxiety and stress. I thought my money was gone. But after almost one month Mr. X finally delivered his promise.
