If you apply for correcting your name in all Education certificates, you have to apply to Secondary Education Board, Dhaka. The queue is about 3 years long. And asks for unnecessary documents like PSC certificate correction which exam doesn't even exist now. After correcting PSC certificate which took 5 months, i went before the secondary education board. They asked for 15K to arrange a appointment in a week. I refused. Its 3 years now, did not get an appointment.
I have a tiles business. I don't know why I need fire License as there are no fire hazards product in my shop. Still people from fire service office scaring me that they can send mobile court and sealed off my business if I don't get the fire License. And to make the fire License I have to pay 10000 taka. ( Me) , I went to police station at my area no one knows about this then went back to brta a broker of that officer asked 3k he went with me into his room confirmed him he got the payment and right beside a ansar guy take out a form from his file fill it up and gave to that officer walla all is done in 20 minutes . I secretly recorder that officer just a reminder for me of his face ...

I also complained to the local BNP upazila Chairman election candidate — but due to invisible reason all keep a muzzle on their mouth.

paid the NID name correction bribery for my mother-in-law's NID due to urgent passport renewal. The officer initially demanded 12000 BDT, then after realizing urgency he demanded 3000 BDT more and threatened by saying "if you even go official or unofficial procedure in any other way, it will go through me and I will see how it can be approved." eventually forced to pay in total of 15000 BDT and corrected the NID just within 1 hour after that.
Went for mutation, demanded 20k. Gave 15k. Still holding on 3 months now.
Without paying this they do not want to open the gateway amd therefore salaries are withheld.

ট্রেড লাইসেন্সের কাজ অনলাইন ওয়েবসাইট বানায় রাখলেও এসব কাজ অনলাইনে কিছুই হয় না। সব দালাল আর ঘুরে ঘুরে করা লাগে ডিএনসিসি অফিস, ওয়ার্ড নং ২৮ ই '—' নাম এর একজন ঘূষ নিসে ট্রেড লাইসেন্স সাথে করে দিবে আর টাকা না দিলে কাজ করতে ১ সপ্তাহ লাগবে। তাই আমি বাধ্য হয়ে ১০০০ টাকা ঘুষ দেই। আমি তার নম্বর ও দিতেসি প্রমানস্বরূপ 017**-****11 ঘুষ দেয়ার সাথে সাথে ১ দিনের মধ্যে ৩-৪ জন উচ্চপদস্থ কর্মকর্তার স্বাক্ষর নিয়ে নেয় এই ব্যাক্তি । এই অফিসে যতজন কাজ করে সবাই নিজের সাথে দালাল রাখে। নিজেরা ভালো মানুষ হয়ে বসে থাকে আর দালাল দিয়ে কাজ চালায়
