Ghush.xyz has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Nothing that sexualises a child, or puts a child at risk of being exploited, is allowed anywhere on this website or in our Android app — not in a report, not in a photograph, not in a comment, not in a contact detail.
This is not a discretionary rule we weigh against anything else. A submission that breaks it is removed, the person who filed it is blocked, and where the law requires it the material and the account details are preserved and handed to the authorities.
We follow Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and the CSAE prohibitions in its Developer Program Policies. These standards apply to everything we publish, on the web and in the app.
A report about a crime against a child is welcome and important — but write it without naming or picturing the child. Say what happened and where; leave the child unidentifiable.
If you see any of this on Ghush.xyz, tell us. You do not need an account.
Reports of this kind are read ahead of everything else. You may report anonymously; if you leave contact details we use them only to ask you what we need to act.
Do not download, copy or forward the material to show us. Send the link or the code. Possessing or sharing it is itself an offence, whatever the reason.
Moderation is carried out by the site's operators. Uploaded photographs are reviewed, and reports that name individuals are checked before they stay up.
We comply with the child protection law of Bangladesh, including the Children Act 2013 and the Pornography Control Act 2012, and with any lawful order from a competent court or authority.
In an emergency involving a child, contact the authorities directly and immediately:
Law enforcement requests, and platform requests from Google, should be sent to the contact below and will be answered.
Ghush.xyz is written for adults reporting their own experience of bribery, loss or crime. It is not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and the app is not designed or marketed for children.
If we learn that a child has sent us personal information, we delete it. See the privacy page for what we keep and for how long.
