Payment against Solar Rooftop project in BREB, bill was submitted but file was hold by PD of BREB. PD of Renewable Energy Division of BREB and demanded 7 lac taka for file processing. It was paid and he processed 80% bill. For rest 20% bill he is claiming more ghush.

The officer initially demanded 12000 BDT, then after realizing urgency he demanded 3000 BDT more and threatened by saying "if you even go official or unofficial procedure in any other way, it will go through me and I will see how it can be approved." eventually forced to pay in total of 15000 BDT and corrected the NID just within 1 hour after that.
