Wanted to register a Charity Foundation, already submited all the documents as required and already completed all the process and they have already varify our all members locations and office location and declraied that everything is okay and the officers who came for varifications they told us that within 2 weeks we will got our registration number then we can start our foundation officially but it's already been 2 years they aren't giving us registration. When we call the officers several times they said indirectly that it will be clear if we give them 150000tk as soon as possible. we already got to know that that officer may have transfer soon as there's many complains against him.

The officer initially demanded 12000 BDT, then after realizing urgency he demanded 3000 BDT more and threatened by saying "if you even go official or unofficial procedure in any other way, it will go through me and I will see how it can be approved." eventually forced to pay in total of 15000 BDT and corrected the NID just within 1 hour after that.
