I was not alone! First time in life required to pay bribery, As they were keep refuseing to do so to correct my documents. My NID and Birth certificate correction. Due to urgent Requirment, i paid 35k As they made it fixed. It is happed in Cumilla District, Barura Upazila office. On that day i observed several other real scenario, all of them were corrupt and they all united and carry out bribery, distribute gain among all officers. My observation : 1/ There were long queue Countless man/women are standing outside. 2/ They gives priority first those who paid. I was 3rd they called me, i asked several guy were u paid them any money or it was normal. All of them said yes we did paid.
