everything happened through a syndicate adopted by Jashore Municipality .over the year its sarveyor , engineer along with local fire office has created a eco system where you cant pass your house plan without a payout .some times they will ask for certain plans that needs files from their desincated people who will ask random amount just for the sake of smooth processing .specially the so called fire plan .then NOC of Municipality is other point. Even Jashore DC office officials also are now involved in this events .for this harassment, now the local engineers community bare submit plans for approval anymore .
