We have a court order that asked the local DC office to proceed with steps to allow and provide with the mutation documents and other associated documents of a my family's land. Instead of following through with the court order, the DC's "Nazir" and ADC asked for bribes worth the price of 1 decimal of land. They are in contempt of court and asking for extra money to release the papers. We have provided updated "khajna" for the land till charges were brought against us. We have two court orders decisivelt proving we own the land. Now its stalled because they just want money. More than 15 families are suffering and they all have somewhat similar stories.
