I paid the payment on govt site to get character certificate. But the computer operator of Manirampur Pourashova said that needs 100 tk even though that is paid. Even, he printed a citizenship certificate even though I filled up the paper to get character certificate. He demanded more 40 tk to print out character certificate.

The officer initially demanded 12000 BDT, then after realizing urgency he demanded 3000 BDT more and threatened by saying "if you even go official or unofficial procedure in any other way, it will go through me and I will see how it can be approved." eventually forced to pay in total of 15000 BDT and corrected the NID just within 1 hour after that.
