Another person has illegally mutated my land in his/her name. Therefore, I filed a miscellaneous case challenging the said mutation. Initially, I refused to pay the demanded bribe of BDT 15,000 at the Tahshildar Office and the AC Land (Assistant Commissioner of Land) Office. As a result, my case file was allegedly kept missing for approximately two years, and no proper action was taken on my case during that period. Eventually, I was forced to pay BDT 15,000 as a bribe in order to have my case file traced and to move the case forward. However, even after paying the money, approximately two years have now passed, and the case has still not been decided. No judgment or final order has yet be
