In 2023, my nephew lost his mobile phone in a area which comes under Kodomtoli PS. We registered a GD at the PS. After a week, one ASI called and told me that the phone has been located outside dhaka. They would retrieve it only if we would pay some bribe. I refused but my nephew insisted that he needed the phone. He asked for 5000 and after some negotiation, he accepted 4000. We got the phone the next week.
