It was kindof textbook. I went there with the necessary papers. They told me they needed 1 more (something pointless like the birth certificate of the deceased owner, when I already had the NID). Then with the pretense that they were gonna explain why it's needed, the assistant took me to the copier room (no cameras there) and asked for the six thousand as "কাজের বখশিশ", I firstly refused and left, but a family member insisted the paper to be obtained, and told me to pay the bribe with his money so that it could be done quickly. I went there a few hours (of quarreling with said family member) later, and paid the bribe to get it done.
