While trying to get approval, for a medicine I felt pressure to give an unofficial payment so that the approval could move faster. Even though I met all the rules I was told that I needed to pay an unofficial fee of BDT 5,00,000 (Five Lakh) to obtain the medicine approval. Because I had to finish the approval I felt forced to make that payment. This payment was not part of any government fee or regulatory charge. It was paid only to help obtain the medicine approval.

paid the NID name correction bribery for my mother-in-law's NID due to urgent passport renewal. The officer initially demanded 12000 BDT, then after realizing urgency he demanded 3000 BDT more and threatened by saying "if you even go official or unofficial procedure in any other way, it will go through me and I will see how it can be approved." eventually forced to pay in total of 15000 BDT and corrected the NID just within 1 hour after that.
ব্যাংকের হাউজ লোন পাওয়ার জন্য আবেদন করি। কিন্তু নির্দিষ্ট অংকের টাকা ছাড়া হাউজ লোন করে দেয়া সম্ভব না বলে জানায়।হাউস লোনটি আমার খুবই প্রয়োজন, এজন্য আমি শেষমেষ বাধ্য হয়ে টাকা দিয়েছি।
