When the 2025 second semester final board exam results for the 2024–25 session were published, as a student of Kurigram Polytechnic Institute applying for a re-check, the government charged me 300 BDT per subject along with an additional 30 BDT DD fee (taken by the institute). Nearly 300 students applied for a recheck for and 30 taka, so that means 300 multiplied by 30 equals 9000 taka. Or maybe they take subjects wisely.

paid the NID name correction bribery for my mother-in-law's NID due to urgent passport renewal. The officer initially demanded 12000 BDT, then after realizing urgency he demanded 3000 BDT more and threatened by saying "if you even go official or unofficial procedure in any other way, it will go through me and I will see how it can be approved." eventually forced to pay in total of 15000 BDT and corrected the NID just within 1 hour after that.
