To get a bed for a patient or to initially move the patient around, every ward boy, from the 'Aya' to the lift boy, has to be paid. Not only in Chittagong Hospital, but in every government hospital in the country, the same scenario is there. However, in Chittagong Hospital, it is excessive, and no one cares about this.
