In Kotwali Revenue Circle, Dhaka A surveyor (on duty Kanungo) asked for 5 lac taka bribe for a report in my favour otherwise he will make the report in favour of the opposite party and dismiss my Mutation. I had to pay to save my mutation and land.
Something missing in previous ledger, Kanunga asked for 2lacs to solve the problem then fixed it for 1lac. After 50K advanced within a day he gave the ledger with due money.

This signature represents the absolute last administrative step of the court proceedings. The Magistrate demanded a bribe of 50K Taka to finalise the order. We had to pay the sum cause we didn't have any other choice they were just changing the date for the last two years.
So the guy took out the Khatiyan and took it to an officer for him to update my information. There was no queue and the whole process took 2 minutes. Yet he demanded money saying that he made my process faster. So then I paid 200 taka and left

After that we have discussed with AC Land and UNO for this matter and finally the land Mutation process completed.

উত্তরাধিকারসূত্রে পাওয়া একটি ফ্ল্যাট নামজারি করতে যেখানে সরকারি খাতাকলমে ১,১৭০৳ (ভ্যাটসহ) প্রয়োজন। একজন পরিচিত দলিল লিখকের মাধ্যমে তা করানোর চেষ্টা করি কারণ তখন এই ব্যাপারে কিছুই জানতাম না। সেই লোক পরিচিত হওয়াতে প্রথমে দাবি করে যে ৪০ হাজারে কাজ হয়ে যাবে, তারপর আ*মিলীগ সরকার পতনের পর হঠাৎ ফোন দিয়ে বলে খতিয়ানে নাকি জায়গা নাই, কিছু খরচ করে সেখানে আমার জায়গা নাকি ঢুকিয়ে দিতে হবে। শেষে বাধ্য হয়ে ৪০ হাজারের বদলে ৬০ হাজার টাকায় রফাদফা হয়। ফাইনাল পেমেন্টের দিন পরিচিত হওয়ায় ৪৫০০ হাজার টাকা কম দেয়া গেছে। পরে ভূমি অফিসে খাজনা দিতে গেলে খাজনা পেমেন্ট করে দিবে বলে ২,২৪০৳ (অনেকবছরেরটা একসাথে) এর খাজনা ৩,০০০৳ দিয়ে দেওয়া হয়েছে কারণ বাকিটা সেই ভূমি অফিসের সহকারীর বকশিস। একপ্রকার অসহায় হয়েই দেয়া লাগছে।
