Office: Barkhada Union Land Office. I submitted a mutation application. But the Union Assistant land officer given negative report. After that I have submitted the application again. Then he charged me 6,000 Taka but the demand was 30,000. Then he submitted partially negative report. After that we have discussed with AC Land and UNO for this matter and finally the land Mutation process completed.
I pid 2000 taka to Mirddar Hat Vhumi office for my land mutation. He asked for 15000 taka for whole package. I gave him cha-pani er taka and told him to do his part. But I am not sure he will do my work or not.
After complete online application, Going to Sub register office for submit. Then desk Staff request call the concern Asistant Land Union Officer. After that Uion land officer said pay some expenditure for Namjari. Then cumbents staff asked about amount, he said as your wish, then I give then 500 tk.
It was the Union Land Office. The nayeeb demanded 40,000 to approve our 2 Dolil, and he said it requires. We had no option but to pay. We negotiated and managed him for TK 17000.

বিগত বছরের খাজনা বকেয়া ছিল ২০ টাকা কিন্তু সেটা অনলাইনে পেমেন্ট করার সিস্টেম থাকলেও ইউনিয়ন ভূমি অফিসের এপ্রুভাল না পাওয়ায় ক্লিয়ার করা যাচ্ছিলো না। এই ক্লিয়ারেন্স পেতে তারা ২০০০০/- দাবি করে। এই ঘটনা প্রত্যেকের সাথে ঘটছে যারা বকেয়া খাজনা পরিশোধ করতে যাচ্ছেন। ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে নওগাঁ জেলার ধামইরহাট উপজেলার আগ্রাদ্বিগুন ইউনিয়ন ভূমি অফিসে। আমি একজনের কাছে জমি কিনেছি ২৫ শতাংশ। এবং বিক্রেতা যখন খাজনা পরিশোধ করতে যায় তখন এই সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হন। শেষ পর্যন্ত তারা বিক্রেতার কাছে ১৫০০০/- আদায় করে এবং পরে কর আদায়ের রশিদে দেখা যায় বকেয়া খাজনা ছিল মাত্র ২০/-
উত্তরাধিকারসূত্রে পাওয়া একটি ফ্ল্যাট নামজারি করতে যেখানে সরকারি খাতাকলমে ১,১৭০৳ (ভ্যাটসহ) প্রয়োজন। একজন পরিচিত দলিল লিখকের মাধ্যমে তা করানোর চেষ্টা করি কারণ তখন এই ব্যাপারে কিছুই জানতাম না। সেই লোক পরিচিত হওয়াতে প্রথমে দাবি করে যে ৪০ হাজারে কাজ হয়ে যাবে, তারপর আ*মিলীগ সরকার পতনের পর হঠাৎ ফোন দিয়ে বলে খতিয়ানে নাকি জায়গা নাই, কিছু খরচ করে সেখানে আমার জায়গা নাকি ঢুকিয়ে দিতে হবে। শেষে বাধ্য হয়ে ৪০ হাজারের বদলে ৬০ হাজার টাকায় রফাদফা হয়। ফাইনাল পেমেন্টের দিন পরিচিত হওয়ায় ৪৫০০ হাজার টাকা কম দেয়া গেছে। পরে ভূমি অফিসে খাজনা দিতে গেলে খাজনা পেমেন্ট করে দিবে বলে ২,২৪০৳ (অনেকবছরেরটা একসাথে) এর খাজনা ৩,০০০৳ দিয়ে দেওয়া হয়েছে কারণ বাকিটা সেই ভূমি অফিসের সহকারীর বকশিস। একপ্রকার অসহায় হয়েই দেয়া লাগছে।
লাকসাম রেলওয়ের কানুনগো অনেক জায়গা ২ং কাজ করে রাখসে ভূমি দস্যুদের কাছে। ১ শতক বরাদ্দ জায়গা ১০শতক ভোগ দখলের ব্যবস্থা যে দিয়ে রাখসে। কয়েকমাস পর তার কাছে ২০/৫০হাজার এর খাম যায়

I had all legal documents but they asked 6000 for speed money otherwise my files will be face uncertain delays
They said "it's a very lengthiest process and need to long time and you guys go now". But when we pay some money then they will do it within e week.

The situation occured during land mutation process at baunia land office. My plot is in mirpur 12. Though i had every document required, an official requested an amount of 45000 tk. i rejected that proposal anyway. But the problem is - the work is lagging a lot due to not engaging them with bribe. Thanks in advance. Keep up this initiative.
I went to the land office last month to collect the DCR, the government fee of which is only 1100 taka, but the person there demanded 70 thousand taka from me. Besides, he would not do this work. Later, we were forced to negotiate with him and convince him to pay 50 thousand taka. After 15-20 days, he gave us the DCR copy.
টাকা না দিলে কাজ না করে দেওয়ার হুমকি
Although the official fee for mutation (separation of land records) is listed as 1,120 Taka at all land offices, this rate is not actually implemented instead, they process mutations based on a rate exceeding 8,500+ Taka.
They called us and said that officer won't sign the hard copy unless you give money. And thus they filled the form from me 5 times. Each form fillup took 2-3 hours. Finally i contacted AC land sir and gave my introduction, then it got signed.
