Student registration for board challenge

When the 2025 second semester final board exam results for the 2024–25 session were published, as a student of Kurigram Polytechnic Institute applying for a re-check, the government charged me 300 BDT per subject along with an additional 30 BDT DD fee (taken by the institute). Nearly 300 students applied for a recheck for and 30 taka, so that means 300 multiplied by 30 equals 9000 taka. Or maybe they take subjects wisely.

While asking bill of a Tender of "Department of Agricultural Extension, Farmgate"

We are a small software business; we won a tender at the Department of Agricultural Extension, Farmgate, Dhaka in 2025. We delivered the work on time; they have inspected it many times and given the certificate to proceed with payment. But we only got half the payment; after giving 30,000 to the finance department, now the Engineer and other people want more money, and we refused, and they never proceeded with the other half of the money. Every time we ask for the money, they give unnecessary reasons. Now our company is at a 50,000 taka loss after doing this project, and it almost broke our business.

Tax Certificate Info Correction

Applied for information correction but it was pending for long time. Then had to approach to other's who can approve those correction. My question is, what the officer does if I need to approach to third person with bribe or they are also part of the share?

Nid Birthday Year Correction

আমি গত বছর অক্টোবরে মাসে nid card এর জন্ম সাল সংশোধনের জন্য আবেদন করেছিলাম। আমাকে উপজেলা পর্যায় থেকে আগারগাঁও পাঠানো হয়। আমি আগারগাঁও যেয়ে কাগজ জমা দিলে আমাকে সেখান থেকে এক লোক কল দেয় আমার কাজ টা আর্জেন্ট করে দিবে নাহলে আবেদন বাতিল হবে। আমি বললাম আচ্ছা ঠিক আছে আর্জেন্ট করে দেন উনি আমার কাছে 10000 টাকা দাবি করে। পরে আমি উনাকে বলি আমার সব কাগজ লিগ্যাল আমি এত টাকা দিতে পারবো না। এখনও পর্যন্ত আমার আবেদনটি পেন্ডিং এ রেখে দিয়েছে। কোনো বাতিল ও করে নাই কোনো কিছুই করে নাই। আমি হেল্পলাইন এ কল দিয়ে জানাই বিষয়টি কোনো লাভ হয়নি।

A government legal fee of BDT 31 lakh is applicable for a plot-related matter at the NHA Chattogram Office, and the buyer is fully prepared to pay the entire amount. However, the concerned 2nd-class officer, Administrative Officer, is allegedly demanding a total of BDT 55 lakh, which is BDT 24 lakh more than the official legal fee. In other words, the additional amount being demanded is approximately 80% of the official fee, which appears to be an unofficial payment or “speed money.”

স্পেন স্টুডেন্ট ভিসার জন্য পুলিশ ক্লিয়ারেন্স প্রয়োজন তাই পুলিশ ক্লিয়ারেন্সের জন্য অনলাইনে আবেদন করি । ২ দিন পর এক পুলিশ বাসায় আসে, আব্বু কে কল দেয়। বলে তাঁকে এই ডকুমেন্ট ওই ডকুমেন্ট দিতে। এই রকম ৫-৬ দিন হয়রানির পর বলে তাঁকে ৫০০০ টাকা দিলে সে অ্যাপ্রুভ করে দিবে আর না হয় মামলা আসে বলে রিজেক্ট করে দিবে।

আমার সিডিসি তে ক্যাপ্টেন এর সট সাইন ছিল। কিন্তু টেস্টিমনিয়াল এ ক্যাপ্টেন পুরো সাইন টা দেয়। যার কারনে আমার নাকি ফেইক ভয়েজ দিয়ে জাহাজ থেকে নেমেছি। আমি ক্যাপ্টেন থেকে এক্টা লেটার অফ এপ্রুভাল নিয়েছি মেইলের মাধ্যমে। আমি সব কিছু অথেন্টিক ভাবে দেখিয়েছি।বিদেশী ক্যাপ্টেন কে জাহাজের নাম্বার থেকে কল করানোর পরেও সে টাকা খাওয়ার জন্য আমাকে সাইন অফ করতে দিচ্ছিল না। পরে ৮ হাজার টাকা ডিমান্ড করলে আমি পি এ কে ৬ হাজার টাকা দিয়ে মিমাংসা করি

Project Completion Report

We have been repeatedly visiting the UNO office of Teknaf and requesting for the approval of our project Completion report. But the office assistant was not receiving the phone or if we were meeting face to face, he was just somehow skipping the process, delaying the date and promising to hand over the letter other day. Then analysing his behaviour we transferred 5000 taka to his mobile banking.

Name Correction

Back in 2022, when i was planning to move USA for my higher study i found some mismatches in my names between my academic and Legal documents. Hence i tried to fix the mismatches. I visited Dhaka Board office for my name correction and they said it might take 3/4 months for this approval. When i asked for help one of the help desk person asked for a bribe of 10k to do the tasks urgently and due to my urgency i had to provide that to him and completed my work.

RJSC Returns Filing

A short introduction, RJSC is responsible for keeping limited company records. It's mandatory as per company act 1994. Except for online document certifications, most of the activities related to filing information in RJSC needs bribe. The place, granted, is short on staff but neither does anyone get recruited. Pay the amount and even illegal documents get passed. Don't pay the amount, regular approvals will get delayed for sure, make a simple mistake in your returns and your life is effectively made hell for two to three weeks. The submissions charge taxes, stamp fees, but will destroy a limited company business's timing if one small letter mistake is made by someone dumbfounded.

Bangladesh post office

At narsingdi post office First of all the booking officer refused to accept my parcel and said only food items are allowed. Then he started to making new rules. Why package is small it has to be big. How do I know about this service. If I went to other courier offices they will charge me 150tk or more. So I have to make his hand a little full, I must make him happy. Service charge was 11tk, I give him 20 and he refused he don't have any change. Also demand 100 tk as he is working to book my parcel. Later I had to bribe him 50 tk. No other way.
