Share Transfer at RJSC
I used to work for a company. For share transfer of 02 directors the incident happened. Since these 02 directors were unable to present at RJSC office the commissioner demanded tk. 1,00,000.00 for signing at directors office to collect sign during a meeting of the board of directors and thus had to pay. One of the Two directors forgot to bring main copy of NID and for this the commissioner demanded tk. 10,000.00 more. We had to pay all these amount otherwise the share transfer formalities would never ends.
