I asked her what I needed to do. She told me that she would take me to a secretary and that I would have to pay him BDT 10,000. She further said that if I called him, the work would be completed immediately. That night, I met the said secretary through the female official.

Waited around 5 months after applying. Since I needed them for my master’s abroad. I was in a bit of a hurry. I went there and explained my situation. They said they would look into it. Another month went by and nothing happened. Went there again then i was approached outside secretary office. Paid the “agent of the secretary” the requested amount and the confirmation came within 2 days. I got my papers on the 6th day. I would have waited if I wasn’t in a hurry to send my papers but the good thing is I’m leaving this country.
