Home Gas service

The gas connection in my home was facing problems from the source end, demanded 1.45lacs for fixing it (which should've been free or could ask for some service charge). I paid, now I have gas at home like I never had before. Eventhough the country is having a gas crisis. Also, had to use a (Neta'r link and reference).

ময়মনসিংহ পলিটেকনিক - হিসাব শাখা

সরকারি ফি হিসেবে রেফার্ড পরীক্ষার্থীদের সংযোগ নামে একটি ফি নির্ধারণ করা হয় সরকারের পক্ষ থেকে (সরকার মানে কারিগরি বোর্ড)। যার পরিমাণ 700 টাকা। সম্মানিত হিসাব শাখার কর্মচারী আমার থেকে দাবি করলেন 850 টাকা। প্রতিনিয়ত উনার কাছে এমন রেফার্ড পরীক্ষার্থীরা যায় তাদের প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র এবং ফ্রম ফিলাপ করতে , উনি এভাবে 100 টাকা করে এক্সট্রা নেন সম্ভবত। কারণ আমার কাছে যখন চাইলেন খুব স্বাভাবিক ভাবেই। একটা সরকারি পলিটেকনিক এর হিসাব শাখার একজন, সরকারি বেতন নিশ্চয়ই পান? তার পরেও দৈনিক ১০ জন শিক্ষার্থীর থেকে ১০০ টাকা করে নিলেও ১৫ দিন শেষে প্রায় ১৫০০০ টাকা এক্সট্রা ঘুষ নিচ্ছেন।আমার পক্ষে প্রতিবাদ করা, প্রতিষ্ঠানে অভিযোগ করা সম্ভব ছিলো না, ওই সময়টাতে আমার নিজের কাগজপত্র গুছানো ছিলো অধিক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

আমি বাংলাদেশ রেলওয়ে টিকেট কিনতে গেলে এভেলেবেল থাকা সত্ত্বেও আমাকে ১৬০ টাকার টিকেট ৬০০ টাকা দিয়ে কেনার জন্য বাধ্য করা হচ্ছে।

DC Office

সরকারি সড়কের কাজে জমি অধিগ্রহণের ক্ষতিপূরণ এর অর্থ উত্তোলন করতে হলে ডিসি অফিস এ সরাসরি দীর্ঘ দিন যোগাযোগ করে জুতার তলা ক্ষয় হয়ে গেলেও ২ বছরে কোন অর্থ পাওয়া যায়নি, কিন্তু তৃতীয় পক্ষের মাধ্যমে তাদের চাহিদা মোতাবেক অর্থ প্রদান করলে ২ দিনেই চেক হাতে দিয়ে দেয়। ডিসি অফিস এর কর্স্বাতা ক্ষর করে আর চোর এর মত এদিক ওদিক দেখে কেউ আবার কোন রেকর্ড করে না তো!

পাসপোর্টের সাথে এনআইডি তে ১০ বছরের বয়সের তফাত। এখন এনআইডি ঠিক করতে প্রতি বছর ১০ হাজার করে চাচ্ছে। অর্থাৎ ১০ বছর ঠিক করতে ১ লাখ লাগবে।

VAT registration is officially provided by the government free of charge. However, when I went to the Mirpur VAT Circle to obtain VAT registration, I was told that the process would take a considerable amount of time. As I urgently needed the VAT registration certificate for my consultancy work, a female government official from that office told me that the registration could be completed within two days if I paid money. I asked her what I needed to do. She told me that she would take me to a secretary and that I would have to pay him BDT 10,000. She further said that if I called him, the work would be completed immediately. That night, I met the said secretary through the female official.

Certificate Correction (SSC/HSC)

Waited around 5 months after applying. Since I needed them for my master’s abroad. I was in a bit of a hurry. I went there and explained my situation. They said they would look into it. Another month went by and nothing happened. Went there again then i was approached outside secretary office. Paid the “agent of the secretary” the requested amount and the confirmation came within 2 days. I got my papers on the 6th day. I would have waited if I wasn’t in a hurry to send my papers but the good thing is I’m leaving this country.

For getting my payment money refund on SSL payment getway I've paid BTD 110K

Since 2021 SSL payment getway held my payment money 220k taka for no reason . then I contacted with a Dalal ( RAB officer ) who helped me to release my payment money ,then I've paid 110k (50%) . then I leave my country within 2 month and will never go back . average Bangladeshi people are very nice untill they have chance . imagine a third party payment getway holding peoples money more over 150 cr taka for over 4 years without customer permission and so many of e-commerce scammed with peoples and nobody cares .then I realized that I would be ruined by this corruption system . if you have any of scoe to leave this country then please leave at least for your childrens

Police verification Certificate ( প্রবাসীর জন্য )

সম্পূর্ণ সঠিক ভাবে এপ্লাই করার পরে যখন থানায় কাগজ পত্র নিয়ে ডাকা হয় তখন বিভিন্ন ধরনের অযৌক্তিক ভুল ( অ্যাড্রেস এ বানান একটু আলাদা , অন্যান্য ) দাবি করা হয়েছিল! আবার এপ্লাই করতে বলা হয় । পরে সমাধান হিসেবে টাকার দাবি করা হয় এবং উপায় না পেয়ে সেই টাকা দিয়েই সমস্যাটি সমাধান করা হয়েছে! এবং কয়েকদিনের মধ্যেই সেই সার্টিফিকেট হাতে আসে!

পুলিশ ক্লিয়ারেন্স

পুলিশ ক্লিয়ারেন্স এর জন্য আবেদন করি কম্পিউটার এর দোকান থেকে তখন তারা অফার দেয় কন্টাকে দিয়ে দেন অতিরিক্ত ১৫০০ টাকা লাগবে ৭দিন এ ডেলিভারি দেওয়ার পর টাকা দিবেন আর নাহয় ১ -১.৫ মাস লাগবে, আমি রাজি না হয়ে সরাসরি থানায় গেলে আবার খরচ দাবী করে তখন বাধ্য হয়ে ১০০০ টাকা দিয়ে আসা লাগে এবং সরাসরি যাওয়া তে গুরুত্বহীন হয়ে যায় কাজটা।

নতুন ভোটারের এনআইডি কার্ড । রুপগঞ্জ নির্বাচন কমিশন

রুপগঞ্জ নির্বাচন কমিশন এ আপনি যদি আপনার নতুন ভোটারের একজন এপ্লাই করতে যান আপনার আইডি কার্ড আসতে সময় লাগবে ৬-৭ মাস বা তারও বেশি এবং এর পাশাপাশি আরো হয়রানি তো আছেই, কিন্তু আপনি যদি মাত্র ৬ হাজার টাকা চার্জ তাদেরকে প্রদান করেন তাহলে তারা আপনাকে সামনের দরজার দিয়ে ঢুকিয়ে পিছনের দরজা দিয়ে আইডি কার্ড হাতে দিয়ে দিবে, ওরা আমাদের তারেক রহমান সাহেবের মত তিন ঘন্টার সার্ভিস মাত্র ৬ হাজার টাকা রাখে তারা।

Issuing Birth certificate and Character Certificate

I went to the Union office of my village for birth certificate and character certificate. After registration and giving character certificate, they claimed money (150 tk) as printing cost though everything is borne by govt. They actually take the money and keep in their own pockets. Nothing is paid to the government. This amount may be little for individual but thus they are illegally claiming money from many people for this minor service even though everything is free according to government rules explained in Jatiya Batayan Seba

Dhaka Board : 2nd time certificate correction

Mr. X from name correction (or an office beside name correction section) agreed to correct my certs for 2nd time. I went to the actual authority(Name correction section where the interviews happen) first to do it without any bribe but they were very reluctant to help me. Mr x happened to be there and took me to his office and said he would help me. Took a bribe of 1000 taka. Given the urgency of the situation I agreed to pay the bribe. He promised to do perform the correction in 3 days but it took nearly a month causing me a lot of anxiety and stress. I thought my money was gone. But after almost one month Mr. X finally delivered his promise.
