I was 3rd they called me, i asked several guy were u paid them any money or it was normal. All of them said yes we did paid.
However good exam you give you will be failed. You cannot pass any exam without giving the bribe.
I needed driving license. I heard if I go solo I would be refused. I had decent driving experience back then. I didn't take the chance.
