বিআরটিএর যেখানে মালিকানা বদলি হয় সেখানে একজন সে তার এক দালাল এর মাধ্যমে ৩ হাজার টাকা নিয়েছিল মালিকানা বদলি বাবদ। রুম নাম্বার ৩১৫। এবং যে ইন্সপেক্টর আছে গাড়ির ইনস্পেকশন করে সেও ১০০০ টাকা নিয়েছিল।
