I gone to made a driving licese but failled to have. there is some people moving around ask to pay extra money to get the licese , but refuse to pay finally failled . I have practical experience whoever paid they got license without examination or even they are absent . my self i took determine even i do not get license but will not pay extra. Note: I have a driving license from Saudi Arabia and was having own car which i drive 15 years. my self i showed as a result i got miss behave from the person who was a officer to take exmination.
