I have completed myself all the documents online and went to Mirpur BRTA for my vehicle fitness registration. They refused to check my vehicle fitness because i went myself not by the broker. They failed my vehicles fitness and ask me to contact with broker then they will allow. Also they demand to pay 5000 bribe to get fitness.
Made me fail every time until i went the unofficial route
selling drivers license for 12000 package. pay the money to the broker and they will pass you without having you sit for the exam. Pretty common scenario for Uttara BRTA.
নতুন ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স পাওয়ার জন্য টাকা দাবি করেছে। নতুবা লাইসেন্স তারা করতে দিচ্ছে না। অন্যদিকে, আমার পিতার লাইসেন্স করার জন্য আবেদন করেন। নির্দিষ্ট তারিখে সেখানে গেলে সফল দক্ষতা যাচাইয়ের পর যখন ফিঙ্গার প্রিন্ট দেওয়ার সময় হয়, তারা টাকা দাবি করে। কিন্তু টাকা দেন নি। ফিঙ্গারপ্রিন্ট ঠিকই নিয়েছিল। পরেরদিন লেখা আসে পরীক্ষায় অকৃতকার্য হয়েছে। হতে পারে, টাকা না দেওয়ায় তারা ফেইল করে দিয়েছে।
বিআরটিএর যেখানে মালিকানা বদলি হয় সেখানে একজন সে তার এক দালাল এর মাধ্যমে ৩ হাজার টাকা নিয়েছিল মালিকানা বদলি বাবদ। রুম নাম্বার ৩১৫। এবং যে ইন্সপেক্টর আছে গাড়ির ইনস্পেকশন করে সেও ১০০০ টাকা নিয়েছিল।
