I had applied for driving license twice before. 1st time the had me failed for reason unknown. 2nd time I applied, had waited for interview date for weeks. Yet no response from the authority. From a colleague I learnt he never got interview confirmation text till he applied through a "vendor". That vendor was not any employee of the BRTA just a random no one. He demanded 8500. We settled at 8000. I'm didn't even have to do any procedure now. Somehow I was in the system to which I didn't have access. That vendor informed me of the interview date and my name was already among the list of that day's participants.
